Many organizations face a complex array of challenges related to the environmental impact of their operations, especially as it relates to energy and climate risk. Increasing regulatory requirements and increasing financial, customer and shareholder demands present both risks and opportunities for organizational resilience, brand reputation, commercial strategy and operational practices. Faced with energy constraints and the evolving effects of climate risks, resilient businesses account for, and improve upon, their environmental and energy impacts in a way that adds value, integrates with strategy, and improves business robustness.

BSI's work in clean energy and climate assessment has enabled our clients to improve their productivity performance, reduce their environmental impacts, become more energy efficient and align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
