Overview

Now that you have built your Management System, done your Internal Audit and Management Review, you are ready for your first audit, known as a Stage 1 audit. It is not intensive and it is not likely going to involve many interviews – that will happen in the Stage 2 audit. The Stage 2 (or Certification) audit results in you becoming ISO Certified. Finally, annual surveillance audits take place to keep you certified.
