Cancellation Policy


Payment for public course offerings is due upon registration. You may pay by check (payable to BSI Group America Inc. or BSI Group Canada Inc.). Course Registration is not official until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, you must cancel your course registration at least 30 calendar days prior to the start date of the course.

If you cancel between 30 and 15 calendar days before the course, you will receive a 50% refund of the course fee. No refunds will be provided for cancellations requested less than 15 calendar days of the course start date. You may also contact us up to 15 calendar days prior to the course and make arrangements to transfer to another course. When a transfer request is made, a new course date must be provided. No transfer requests will be allowed less than 15 calendar days of the course start date.

Cancellation and/or transfer requests need to be submitted in writing to your account manager's e-mail or to solutions.msamericas@bsigroup.com.

Substitutes (swapping one person for another) will be accepted at any time.

In the unlikely event that BSI must cancel a course or change a course location, be advised that BSI's liability to you is limited to the course fee. In such circumstances, the customer has the option of a full refund or transfer to an alternative available course. Therefore, you are advised to not book any nonrefundable travel accommodations until BSI formerly notifies you that the course status has changed from “Scheduled” to “Confirmed”.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY: BSI Group America Inc wants to ensure your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product or service you received, return the undamaged merchandise within 15 days of receipt to receive a refund. Examples of damage include: opened standards, damaged videos, spine creases, earmarked pages, ink marks etc. If your item is labeled “BACK ORDER”, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.
