This one-hour, elearning course is designed to give process improvement professionals an understanding of basic problem solving tools for finding an issue's root cause. During the course, participants observe a model organization's analysis of a problem, and the process they use to find the root cause. By the end of the scenario, participants obtain a problem solving “toolbox” and the knowledge to use the tools for root cause analysis and process improvement in their organizations.
