Plan–Do–Check–Act or Plan–Do–Check–Adjust is an iterative four-step management method used for the control and continuous improvement of processes and products across many industries.

BSI's PDCA: Plan-Do-Check-Act

This is an approximately 40 minute, introductory level, E-Learning course. PDCA: Plan- Do-Check-Act provides a high-level overview of this process that is the basis for all management systems. This program will lead participants through the background of the PDCA cycle, relate it to business activities, and introduce its role in process auditing for management systems.

This is an introductory level course. Some knowledge of management systems is beneficial, but not required.
