Course Details

This 3-day course is designed as a follow-up to our flagship 3-day Project Management PM Applied Tools and Techniques workshop. While the PMAT course focuses primarily on ensuring we have a realistic project plan, this course focuses on the execution, monitoring and control, and project completion aspects of project management.

Using group discussions, realistic project scenarios and exercise simulations, participants will learn how to apply advanced techniques of project management to actively navigate their project to a successful outcome.  As with the PME course, the emphasis will be placed on applying context and common sense to the application of all learned tools and techniques in order to achieve tangible real world value, and a smooth transition from class room to actual projects.

Whether you are working towards your PMP® (Project Management Professional) designation, or already have a PMP® designation, if you are or will be managing mid to large size projects this course is a must.
