How do I access the BSI Learning Marketplace?
You can access the BSI Learning Marketplace 24 x 7 at https://bsi.learncentral.com/. Please save this link in your favorites list so you can revisit often and learn about future offerings and upgrades.
How do I login to the BSI Learning Marketplace?
You can login using your email address and the password provided to you via email. If you forgot your password, you can have a new password generated and sent to you from the “Forgot Your Password?” page. For your security please change the password after logging in.
What if I lost my Password?
If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it on the “Forgot Your Password?” page. When prompted, enter your email address and click “Submit”. The system will send you a new password by email. For your security please change the password after logging in.
How do I change my Password?
You can change your password on the “My Profile” page. We recommend that you change your password after receiving a system generated password.
How do I create my own Profile?
If you do not already have a username and password in the BSI Learning Marketplace, you can create your own profile on the “Create a New Profile” page. Please be sure to include all relevant demographic information as part of your profile.

Note: If you have received notifications from the BSI Learning Marketplace or are currently enrolled in a training course, you already have an account. To receive a new password and access your account, enter your email address on the “Forgot Your Password?” page.
I created my own profile; how do I enroll in courses?
Once you log into the BSI Learning Marketplace, click on the “Catalog” button on the main navigation menu. This will redirect you to a powerful course finder which you can use to search the BSI Training catalog for your training needs. Click on the course name to view the details and the “Enroll” button next to the date of the class you would like to take. You can enroll in as many courses as you'd like. When ready, select the “Checkout” button to complete the enrollment process. On the “Checkout” page, choose your payment method and enter required information to complete your transaction. You will receive an email confirmation for your transaction. If you enroll in e-Learning courses, they will be available immediately.
Can I use the BSI Learning Marketplace with my Pop-up Blocker enabled?
The BSI Learning Marketplace may require the use of pop-ups to launch some e-Learning courses. If you are using a pop-up blocker and have difficulty launching any e-Learning courses, try disabling the pop-up blocker.
I completed an e-Learning course but my Transcript does not show it as completed; why is there no score shown?
You must first complete the quiz and receive a score before the course will be listed as completed. Please be sure that your pop-up blocker is disabled, and that you do not exit the course before the results window appears. That is the only way that your transcript will show that you have completed an e-Learning course. If the course content is not designed to track scores or does not have a test, your Transcript will not reflect any scoring information.
How do I complete a course evaluation?
You can evaluate both e-Learning and Instructor-led training (ILT) courses from the “My Courses” page once a course has been completed by clicking on the “Evaluation” icon.

How do I create a Certificate for a course?
BSI students have the option to generate a PDF version of their certificate after their training results have been processed. To do so, login to the BSI Learning Marketplace, navigate to your “My Courses” page and click on the “Make Certificate” icon.

Note: BSI Training certificates are validated by a digital signature. For your reference this digital signature can be validated against the following public key:

It is strongly advised that all students download and user Adobe Reader, prior to generating a certificate on the Learning Marketplace.
