BSI's “Incorporating ISO 50001 into Supply Chain Due Diligence” course focuses on applying the principles and framework of the ISO 50001 standard into strengthening energy management practices throughout the supply chain. The course is intended to provide a baseline understanding of an energy management system and how the principles can be applied in a feasible and scalable ways in improving practices throughout the supply chain. The course includes guidance on supporting suppliers in developing implementation plans and creating necessary documentation. In addition, the course discusses how to monitoring energy management practices and drive continual improvement in energy performance across the supply base.
