An ineffective audit can mean severe consequences resulting in process failure, customer dissatisfaction and regulatory noncompliance. To be a successful internal auditor you need to possess both broad knowledge of the standard being audited and basic audit skills

Optimize your knowledge of the standard as well as your auditing skills with the internationally recognized IATF 16949: Gain confidence in planning and performing an effective audit, as well as reporting and assessing corrective action where necessary.

This course will help you develop the necessary skills to assess and report on conformance, and the effective implementation of processes, based on IATF 16949:2016. You'll learn how to initiate an audit, prepare and conduct audit activities, compile and distribute audit reports and complete follow-up activities.

Prerequisites

There are no specific prerequisites for taking this workshop. This course is intended for people who are unfamiliar with IATF 16949 and have been asked to become an internal auditor for their company.

NOTE: Copies of the standards are not included in the class fee.

BSI will make reasonable efforts to have loaner copies available for use during the class, but students are encouraged to have their own copy. Soft copies of the digital loaner standard cannot be printed or downloaded.
