ISO 20121 is the international standard for sustainable events management. It specifies how to deliver events that sponsors, clients and attendees will appreciate. Internal auditing allows a company to assess its ISO 20121 framework to make sure it remains compliant, effective and keeps improving.

A compliant ISO 20121 management system has the flexibility to deliver value consistently, despite no two events being the same and each needing a different approach.

This course will show how to maintain conformance with ISO 20121 requirements. Current knowledge about the standard will be reviewed and any gaps closed. The requirements will also be considered in the context of an audit.

Prerequisites

There are no formal prerequisites, however, it will be useful for delegates to read the relevant standards before attending the course.

Soft Copy: You will receive an email prior to the course with instructions on how to access the online Student Handbook, which can be viewed, downloaded or printed.

NOTE: Copies of the standards are not included in the class fee.

BSI will make reasonable efforts to have loaner copies available for use during the class, but students are encouraged to have their own copy. Soft copies of the digital loaner standard cannot be printed or downloaded.
