Overview
Your organization is ISO certified and wants to add ISO 45001 to make your workplace as safe as possible. This might be perceived as a big mountain to climb but with the introduction of the ‘Harmonized Standard’ model used by ISO 27001 in 2013, integration any combination of Standards has become much more straightforward.
When you start with your core system you’ll see that you’ve already met many of the ISO 45001 requirements. Context, Leadership, Planning, Support, Measurement and Improvement all share many requirements. By using your existing system as a framework to develop a robust health and safety culture you’ll develop safer ways to work for everyone.
The integration of an OH&S management system into your existing Harmonized Structure system might look difficult, but with a systematic approach your organization can make it safer for everyone.
Key takeaways and learning objectives
During this webinar, you will learn:
- What are the OH&S benefits of an integrated Management System?
- How do we get a handle on OH&S risks and opportunities?
- What other benefits might come from integrating these systems?
Adding ISO 45001 to structure your OH&S management system will help you to continually monitor and manage occupational health and safety across your organization. You’ll continually improve the safety of your employees and make you an ‘employer of choice’ as you blend these requirements into the system you already have in place.
