Course Aim
To establish the importance of food safety culture and the role of leadership to mature, sustain and continuously improve the organization's food safety culture, and consequently business performance.
Course Description
All food organizations must now demonstrate their commitment to building and sustaining a mature culture of food safety, to comply with FSMS audits and regulatory requirements. Top management and leadership teams need to have a clear understanding of the link between a strong food safety culture and high-performance businesses. This short course also facilitates their understanding of the elements of a food safety culture within an organization, regardless of size or complexity.

- Understand why a mature food safety culture underpins successful business performance

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites to attending the course, but delegates are advised to download and read a copy of PAS 320:2023 Developing and sustaining a mature food safety culture - Guide before attending.
Course Materials
Soft Copy: You will receive an email prior to the course with instructions on how to access the online Student Handbook, which can be viewed, downloaded or printed.
NOTE: Copies of the standards are not included in the class fee.
BSI will make reasonable efforts to have loaner copies available for use during the class, but students are encouraged to have their own copy. Soft copies of the digital loaner standard cannot be printed or downloaded.
Course Logistics
