Course Aim
The aim of the Food Safety e-Learning Bundle is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of key principles of the safe handling of food products. This bundle includes individual on-demand courses that explore the supervision of food hygiene in manufacturing, the principles of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), the mechanisms controlling allergens in food production, and the prevention of common food pests.
