Course Aim
To provide guidance and practical experience in planning, executing, reporting and audit follow-up of an internal audit, when monitoring the effectiveness and conformity of an Event Sustainability Management System against ISO 20121

Prerequisites
Please note that this course is aimed at personnel who already have knowledge and understanding of ISO 20121:2024 event sustainability management systems, and knowledge of management system auditing principles and practice, as outlined in ISO 19011:2018.
Delegates are expected to have the following prior knowledge:
- Management systems
The Plan, Do, Check, Act (PDCA) cycle
The core elements of a management system and the interrelationship between top management responsibility, policy, objectives, planning, implementation, measurement, review, and continual improvement
- The Harmonized structure
The Harmonized approach
- Event sustainability management – covering social, economic and environmental impacts.
