Course Description:

ISO management systems provide a framework for businesses to develop customized business management processes to facilitate resilience and growth. The key aspect of this is to use the internal audit process as a feedback mechanism to identify opportunities for improvement and to correct non-conformances.

BSI Connect Plus is an audit software tool designed to record information in order for organizations to capture better quality and more relevant data from which more informed decisions can be made.

 This workshop introduces how to apply this tool in your workplace by taking you though a mini case study. In this learning journey, you will create audit work documents, identify audit findings and develop an insightful report.

This learning event is a highly-interactive, hands-on workshop, therefore, participants are expected to bring their laptop as they will get access to the software and will be interacting directly with it. As part of our support services, participants  will continue  to have access to this platform by receiving a copy of this software.

• Create an audit plan, determining audit scope and criteria
• Develop an audit checklist for both process and conformance
• Identify and write non-conformances and opportunities for improvement
• Create an audit report using BSI Connect Plus
