Course aim

The aim of this course is for delegates to demonstrate a structured 8-step methodology and provide you with the tools for organizational problem solving and the confidence to apply these in your place of work. This course provides you with the skills to become a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt so you can support driving improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Course description

Lean Six Sigma is an improvement management system adopted by many organizations to drive operational excellence. This can be achieved through the successful execution of Lean Six Sigma improvement projects.

If your organization is implementing Lean Six Sigma and needs effective project team members, then this course is ideal. You’ll develop the skills to become a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt to support driving improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

This will enable you to pursue your Certified Lean Six Sigma or Six Sigma Green Belt Professional Qualification as this is the required prerequisite to enrolling in BSI’s Lean Six Sigma Foundation Green Belt Training Course.
