Course Details
Course Description:
BSI's “ISO 45001:2018 Lead Auditor (TPECS) Practitioner” knowledge and competency-based courses teach the concepts of the ISO 45001:2018 standard and the principles and practices of leading occupational health and safety management systems and process audits in accordance with ISO 19011. Experienced instructors explain the clauses of ISO 45001:2018 in detail and guide students through the entire audit process, from managing an audit program to reporting on audit results. Qualified instructors will help you to boost your audit capabilities with the latest developments of the new 19011 standard. Students will gain necessary auditing skills through a balance of formal tutorials, role playing, group workshops, and open forum discussions.
On fifth and final day of the course, students will utilize a practical case study to apply the learning from day one to four. Working as part of a team auditing a fictitious organization, participants will conduct a mock audit of an occupational health and safety management system using real-world tools and techniques. The course integrates BSI’s Connect Plus auditing software, an industry-standard platform used by professional auditors worldwide. Learners will gain firsthand experience using the software to plan audits, organize documentation, manage audit trails, and document findings efficiently and effectively.
By the end of the training, participants will not only sharpen their auditing approach but also gain confidence in leveraging digital tools to enhance the impact and professionalism of their audit activities.
