This course aims to give those tasked with implementing health and safety collaboratively in their organizations and projects an understanding of the business case and other benefits to their organization, their clients/stakeholders, and supply chains, and the encapsulation of these ideas in standards and best practice.
This course will help delegates in obtaining the benefits of digitization, lean and collaborative approaches to risk management on the delivery and use of built assets.
