• To provide an understanding of the fundamentals on supplier auditing
• To provide knowledge and skills to plan, conduct, report and follow up audit findings to ensure contractual requirements between the supplier and the customer have been met

Course description

Supply chain management is an essential part of an organization’s business due to the increase in dependence on outsourcing. Supplier Auditing can be useful in verifying a supplier’s processes, products or services for compliance against regulatory requirements, customer specific requirements or agreed standards.
