Course aim    

Obtain a detailed understanding of the key terms, definitions and requirements of ISO 9001:2026 and how to conduct effective internal audits of a quality management system in accordance with ISO 19011:2026. This course satisfies the QM and AU competency units, required to be certified as an QMS auditor through Exemplar Global.

There are no formal prerequisites, however it will be useful for delegates to read the standard before attending the course.
