Jim has developed, designed and delivered training courses for Fortune 500 companies, the Federal government and Provincial governments. Since 1992, he has implemented more than 20 ISO Management Systems for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 17025 and integrated systems that include more than 1 set of requirements. His training courses have included additional Standards – ISO 15189 (Medical Labs) and OHSAS 18001 – Health and Safety. Currently, he is working with BSI exploring the feasibility of courses for ISO15489 – Information and documentation – records management.
