A Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest, or commonly referred to as Waste Manifests, is a form used to track a facilities hazardous waste shipment from the site where the waste was generated to its final recycling and/or disposal facility. The tracking process is commonly referred to as “Cradle-to-Grave”.
